You meet one of seven working witches on the in-house Curation Panel — by phone or video, your choice. Every panel member has at least eight years of solitary or coven practice. They speak practitioner to practitioner.
Within twenty-four hours you receive a typed ritual outline: ingredients, correspondences, timing, and a short list of substitutions for anything you can't source locally. Files are yours to keep; we never sell or resend them.
Read each one before you choose — the bulk and educator forms go straight to our operations lead, not the Curation Panel, so replies land within two business days rather than within the hour.

The $75 threshold is the qualifying order total — not a fee for the consultation. If you placed, or are about to place, an order of $75 or more, the 30-minute session is included at no extra charge and never expires. If you haven't ordered yet, the form above lets us know what's on your altar already, so we can recommend only what's genuinely missing.
You'll speak with one of the seven working witches on our in-house Curation Panel — chosen for the closest match to your working. The panel spans hereditary craft, Wiccan, hedgewitch, and ceremonial backgrounds, with at least eight years of solitary or coven practice each. You can request a different practitioner for any reason before the call begins.
Book thirty minutes. Most sessions land at twenty-five; we leave room at the end for one or two questions we haven't answered yet. Within twenty-four hours you receive a written ritual outline — ingredients, correspondences, substitutions for hard-to-source items — as a private document you keep. We never resend or resell your file.
You can reschedule once without explanation, up to two hours before the session. Your order doesn't need to have shipped — many practitioners book their session the same evening they order, and we often begin the call while a shipment is still on the apothecary bench. If the timing doesn't work, you'll hear from us rather than the other way around.
